Corus is looking for Solution Architect, Application Development. Description Resource to support the Operations Transformation Program including the Servicing Platform replacement, BPM and the Telephony initiatives among other key strategic priorities. Demonstrate experience of defining architecture and data management strategies to support the Operations Business Strategy (Operations transformation). Knowledge of applicable data privacy practicesinformation security practices, excellent time management, prioritization, communication, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Preferable experience in Contact Center transformation programs andor Business Process Management (BPM)
