Solution Architect

Title Solution Architect Location Minnetonka, MN We are looking for a Solution Architect to join in creating and delivering capabilities to extend a new administrative management platform (HealthRules), for additional business as we build system capabilities to support migration and growth to handle Commercial accounts, as well as Medicare Advantage business. The individual will be a key team member working on specific workstream deliverables within the Quote to Card capability, alongside a mixture of vendors and internal team members to bring new solutions to market. The ideal candidate has prior experience in working with Employer Services Preference given to those that have experience in working with Convey, BenefitFocus, JetInsure, andor Ease Designing Pre and Post processing integrations (APIrsquos and ETL processes) to support loading and consumption of data to systems. Employer Enrollment portal solutions (roster management – addstermschanges), and Reporting Commercial Billing Finance Preference given to individuals that have worked on managing financial activities across multiple vendors and general ledgers to support ACH banking, billing, payment, and wire transfers. Understanding of financial snapshot reporting, and how claims impact billing processes. Invoice generation and integrations The individual will be able to Provide guidance and direction on the workstream goals, architectural decisions and ensuring new work and initiatives fit in with an overall strategic vision Make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical audiences to explain the architecture and gain enterprise support for the vision Advise the workstream stakeholders and teams (product, business, and technical) in the designarchitect for all related systems, integration, and configurations Be focused on delivering results in a highly visible initiative, with the ability to work within a space that is currently ambiguous, and able to determine paths forward quickly to achieve go-live dates yet this year. Prior experience in working with a high number of integrations between internal and external systems and vendors. Articulate familiarity and be able to manage a high degree of Application Integration, ETL integration and data managementmappings. Understand the long-term needs, but also the constraints to deliver functional systems and results in the near term Ensures the new systems are built in a way that best ensures that functional requirements are met while also ensuring that service qualities (performance, scalability, extensibility, etc) for now and for the future are achievable Support the delivery teams in any capacity being able to perform any of the following project management, communication, estimation, design, analysis, documentation, and testing, Be the main technical representative in vendorpartner meetings related to the design and implementation activities. Qualifications Must have health plan insurance experience 4 or more years of experience with implementing technical architecture solutions, and vendor relationships Served in a technical leadership position in multiple technical disciplines 2 or more years of experience in an Architect role Solid experience across a variety of technologies and operational delivery (e.g. Integration tools – Tibco, Mulesoft, Informatica vendor packaged andor hosted solutions, multi-technology platform applications, SOA, Database platforms, operational reporting, data analytics, security, etc.) Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience with programprojects involving complex integration of disparate types of technologiesplatforms and large cross-functional technical teams Exceptional communication skills required to visualize, depict, and convey complex concepts to a broadly diverse audience including technical and business audiences Understanding and experience with web services, APIs and micro-services design and architecture Ability to prioritize features and capabilities and make technical trade-offs to exceed or meet business needs and timelines Download our mobile app for iOS Android www.dahl.jobsget-app Refer a friend for rewards www.dahl.jobsrefer-a-friend
