Medallia, Inc.
Medallia is the pioneer and market leader in Experience Management.
Our award-winning SaaS platform, Medallia Experience Cloud, leads the market in the understanding and management of experience for candidates, customers, employees, patients, citizens and residents.
We are more than a software company.
We want to be known as a company that does the right thing, no matter the challenge or controversy.
We are committed to creating a culture that values every person and every experience.
Individual life experiences shape the way we interact with the world, which is why we encourage people to bring their whole selves to work each day.
The strength of our global workforce is the most significant contributor to our success.
We believe: Every Experience Matters.
Talent is Everywhere.
All Belong Here.
At Medallia, we hire the whole person.
As a Sr.
Solutions Architect, you will: 1) own the technical health strategy for a portfolio of accounts through cross-functional engagement across the customer lifecycle, 2) own the architecture of Medallia’s Experience Management (XM) solutions within our B2B vertical and certain functional areas of our platform, including packaged solutions for that area, and 3) influence the platform roadmap by aggregating and prioritizing customer use cases to share with the product team and support go-to-market efforts.
You’ll also provide leadership and mentoring to other members of the Professional Services team.
This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a background in technology and an analytical mind, who is excited to tackle new challenges, question the status quo, provide thought leadership, and is driven to find solutions that delight customers/clients and colleagues.
