Analytical Assessment Excellent analytical skills to examine a client’s current systems and determine overall project needs and scope Schedule Management Extensive time management skills to determine development schedules and milestones and ensure that deliverables are completed on time Leadership Oversee and direct development teams throughout the project development lifecycle, experience with team leadership and motivation is essential Communication communicating with team members, clients, and external vendors, so they exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-Solving excellent problem-solvers, able to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations In a nutshell, focus and deliver on how technology can be used to solve a given business problem which framework, platform, or tech-stack can be used to create a solution how the application will look, what the modules will be, and how they interact with each other how things will scale for the future and how they will be maintained figuring out the risk in third-party frameworksplatforms finding a solution to a business problem Qualifications 15+ Yrs. Experienced professional with thorough understanding and hands on all phases of SDLC using waterfall and Agile methodologies. Thorough knowledge on Pre-sales, Demos, Designing, Implementation, warranty, change management processes. Experience in leadingdelivering both project and product implementation deliveries. Understanding of best practices regarding system security and identify solutions solve complex problem statements (functional and non-functional) Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes Experience in leadingdesigningdelivering cloud digital transformation projects is a must. Balance business, finance, and technical acumen to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT. Advanced working knowledge on cloud (AWSAzure). AWS Azure certification would be an added advantage. ToGAF certification would be an added advantage. Management and leadership skills are essential. Excellent communication and stake holder management skills
