Strategic Â
Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals with a mix of on-site, remote, offshore resources responsible for providing highly available infrastructure services
Ensure the strategy is well defined, socialized and budgets support the objectivesÂ
Ensure that Systems Architects have solid procedures and established partnerships with other IT architecture disciplines to design Sodexo systems according to Business requirements, in line with established standardsÂ
Responsible for influencing and setting technical standards for all infrastructure and compliance to standards is assured
Implement an effective and validated backup/recovery and disaster recovery infrastructure according to established framework and SLA’s complete with data protection and recovery technologies, processes, procedures, and controls
Establish relationships with strategic partners delivering IT services to ensure strong partnerships and valueÂ
Operational Â
Ensure that systems are properly built and supported, remaining available, stable, and secureÂ
Ensure that SLA’s are met for infrastructure systems, according to business requirementsÂ
Ensure that all infrastructure systems have a roadmap to remain supported, relevant and that timely/effective technical refresh and system upgrade initiatives are planned and implemented on timeÂ
Protect all data via effective patching, configuration, storage, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery techniquesÂ
Design and implement practical and effective processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure teams are properly resourced, skilled, organized and collaborativeÂ
Prepare required tracking reports and dashboards, managing priorities and deliverables
Responsible for ensuring compliance to IT standards and industry best practices
Ensures all Implementation initiatives follow established Change Management, Quality and PMO processesÂ
Maintain and forecast appropriate spare capacity for growth and new project deployments
Fiduciary Â
Establish and manage a budget, track expenses, and perform periodic forecastingÂ
Track accurate equipment and licensing inventoriesÂ
Perform leadership responsibilities including staff performance reviews, development, and succession plansÂ
Ensures that commodities are dispensed judiciously, are well accounted for, and billed accuratelyÂ
