Senior Civil Engineer – Ideal Candidate 10 years of total experience Local to Austin has worked with and familiar with the City of Austin Has had facetime w/ clients, and knows how to interact with them professionally Speak with representatives at the City regarding project iterations Experience with land development of private development institutions (not seeking someone w/ a lot of sub division engineering experience) Must haves:
– PE
– Civil 3D or good knowledge of it to work through issues and timing w/ everyone
– Facetime w/ clients and able to deal directly w/ owners and clients Nice to haves:
– Flexible
– Leadership qualities from past experience
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Capable of managing a project assisting w/ fee estimates and proposals Software
– Bluebeam
