Responsibilities Coordinate and help lead our team through design, development, and contract phases of projects Conduct preliminary field surveys, develop designs and draft preliminary plans for multi-family housing Work closely with clients to deliver on quality designs in a timely manner Monitor the progress of multiple projects, ensuring there are no timeliness or budget concerns SkillsRequirements Revit, Studio Designer, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Recognize and take accountability for deadlines Must be detailed oriented with exceptional organization skills EducationsExperience MA professional licensure preferred Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture Must have at least 10 years of experience in a professional setting
