Salesforce Solution Architect

Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect in Morris Plains, NJ. The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for the overall design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions by translating requirements from the business and business analysts into the technical solution in Salesforce. The position serves a critical role to help ensure the solution not only meets the business needs, but is scalable, adaptable, and is in line with enterprise architecture principles, best practices, future projects, and security standards. The Salesforce Solution Architect will be a multi-cloud Salesforce subject matter expert and provide direction and support to the development team as they build the solution.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Optimizes existing and new solutions through an understanding of business needs and technology capabilities.Collaborates with enterprise and technical architect(s) to provide a consensus-based Salesforce solution that is scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with ever changing company needs.Adheres to the best practices related to solution design, documentation, and guidelines that lead to the identification, selection, development and use of solutions and applications within the Salesforce platform.Responsible for the creation and delivery of all solution-related documentation, providing input and solution guidance to the development team for custom solutions.Maps the business functional requirements to the system/technical requirements.Ensures clear and effective communication with business analysts, technical architect, and development team.Builds colleague knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise through mentoring and training.Leads and supports developers through their development process. May be required to oversee third partner consultants.Continuously learns and understands new features and functionality following Salesforce release schedule and shares with the team.Assists in building company roadmap and determining scope, budget, and resources for projects.Assists with the translation of functional and non-functional requirements into test scenarios and test cases that align with business processes.Performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical fieldSalesforce Admin Certification requiredSalesforce Developer Certification preferredSalesforce Application Architect Certification preferredValid driver’s licenseMinimum of four (4) years of experience in the Salesforce platformMinimum of one (1) year of experience in a consulting setting or equivalent roleExperience in designing, developing and maintaining application architectures that support client’s business requirements with an in depth understanding of Salesforce architecture (Service Layers, Logic Layers, Data Layers), data models, customizations & extensionsExperience with Integrations, APIs, Mulesoft, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Einstein, Community Cloud, Mobile Publisher preferred • Must have a passion for technology and willingness to learn new Salesforce features • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” viewDemonstrated leadership skillsAbility to build relationships at all levels and influence leaders and colleagues across the organization and act as a business advisorExcellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
