RAN Systems Engineer

This is a Contract position in Denver, CO posted June 3, 2020.
What you will do as a RAN Systems Engineer sect Carry out lab and field drive testing activities to collect network data and provide prepost processing analysis.
sect Perform LTE network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics.
sect Responsible for end to end call flow analysis sect Perform site build verifications and acceptance process.
What you will bring to the table as a RAN Systems Engineer sect Familiarity with 3GPP Rel 12 features, CA, CoMP etc and LTE network architecture.
sect Familiar with CBRS and SAS concepts preferred sect Strong Experience with testing tools such as X-CAL, X-CAP, Wireshark and iPerf.
sect Experience in handling test equipmentrsquos Spectrum Analyzer, Automation systems, Simulators, etc., sect Understanding TRACE and end to end call flow sect Understanding of layer 3 and end to end call flow sect Working experience with small cells sect Familiarity with SON Features such as ANR, Auto PCI, LB, MRO, Overshooting, PCI Collision.
sect Understanding of networking concepts DNS, DHCP, IP connectivity, VLAN, subnetting and IPsec etc.
(CCNA desired) sect Familiarity with GIS tools Such as Mapinfo and Google Earth.
sect Bachelorrsquos Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
sect Master Degree is preferred.
