Gather and analyze data across order fulfillment functions to establish global standards for operations and in partnership with cross functional teams.

Determine project priorities and commitments by establishing clear milestones, timelines, and accountability mechanisms across multiple geographic locations 3.
Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities 4.
Resolve conflicts that balance customer needs and internal needs for technical implementation and operational issues across Amazon systems 5.
Manage cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes.

Building strong partnership with senior leaders to drive standard practices across organizations 7.
Domestic travel required 15% of the time.
