Job Description: Help develop and maintain Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract.
Create project schedules for standard projects and large complex programs, taking all customer requirements and available resources into consideration during development Assist with developing and maintaining an integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) resource loaded schedule to help forecast resources for leaders.
Work with the B/D teams to create and submit ROM schedules for proposal efforts.
Develop schedules that are cost loaded to better predict cash flow and stream line billings Perform what-if schedule scenarios, advanced schedule analysis, and variance analysis reports.
Analyze variances in schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variances to Project/Program Manager.
Analyze schedules, review delays, and propose schedule recovery alternatives if needed Assist with Time Impact Analysis submission process.
Assist with developing and maintaining the project schedule and progress including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and testing.
Facilitate and participate in the internal and external schedule review meetings.
Work in collaboration with project teams to develop consistency of the project scheduling approach and to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
Responsible for troubleshooting and monitoring potential scheduling problems Defining and implementing schedule software (Primavera P6) management processes and procedures.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, System Engineering, or related discipline.
In the absence of a degree, HS Diploma/GED plus six years of related experience in project scheduling Scheduling: 5 years P6 (Preferred)
