Principal Program Manager – Microsoft Teams Infrastructure

A s a key part of IC3 , the IC3 Management Infrastructure enables our enterprise customers to administ e r the infrastructure , organization and users , so they can have rich, reliable, secure and trustworthy engagements in Teams.

The IC3 Management Infrastructure team is looking for a Principal P rogram M anager to help evolve our infrastructure that power s the experience for over 145 million Teams daily users.

This is a role for a seasoned Product/Program Manager to own areas within the M anagement I nfrastructure and deliver new administrator experiences including robust infrastructure backend services and admin-facing functionality .

You will help define the vision, own the business metrics, work with internal / external partners / customers , lead development teams through execution , deliver , as well as oversee the health of your business and service.

We expect a Program Manager to be a master of strategy, execution, and technology, and work directly with our Microsoft developers to bring your vision to life.

Your foremost accountability is getting the product in the hands of customers and delighting them .
