Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong leadership skills to effectively influence decisions and positively impact progress are required Experience with Agile Methodology including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desired Healthcare or InsuranceFinancial services industry knowledge is preferred, but not required Strong technical depth across cloud technology areas, Microservices, Java stack ndash depth in several areas, and breadth and interest across a much larger range. What are we looking for? 13-20 years of experience working on backend technologies and cloud development of microservices Proficient with Object Oriented Programming in core JAVAJ2EE Nice to have experience in Scala programming Experience working with J2EESpring Core, AOP, Spring Boot, and other frameworks Strong understanding of Spark batch and streaming processes.
