Mechanical Engineer

For more than 50 years, we have been supplying specialty air drying, water treatment, and moisture measurement equipment for maritime markets as well as FM antennas and filters for broadcast industries. You will find us on every major US Naval ship and hear us on your FM radio throughout the world.

The successful candidate will need:

  • To be a self-motived team player with a positive attitude.
  • To be self-guided.
  • To be able to mount analysis and design for new antenna
  • To be able to update and release B.O.M.’s as needed
  • To be able to work with a design team to create design sketches, layouts, and plans as well as revisions to existing plans
  • To be able to use computer-assisted design (CAD) software to create preliminary and detailed drawings of the product.
  • To be able to work with the EPICOR ERP System
  • To be able to Produce specifications for products and chooses raw materials and components to be used in production.
  • To be able to study the test data and makes comparisons with similar designs.
  • To be able to develop control systems and monitors production.
  • To be able to troubleshoot issues that arise on the shop floor and with customer issues in the field.
  • May assist in new product development.
  • Attend all Engineering meetings
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • To be willing and ready to learn and take on new challenges.
  • To be able to lift various loads safely as required; at least 45 pounds.
  • To maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent mechanical and technical skills.
  • Proficient with computer-assisted design (CAD) software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
