Production Technician I
– Production Assembly Technician Kelly Services is seeking motivated Production Assemblers to join our leading customer in San Jose, CA.

The selected candidates will be part of the Manufacturing Team assisting in the manufacturing of sophisticated lidar sensors.

We are looking for talented individuals with a passion for working to join our team to produce high performance robust sensing to vehicle to ensure safety through diverse systems used inside vehicles.

Responsible for complex electro/mechanical assembly and tracking of manufacturing data.

Component sub-assemblies include but are not limited to lasers/detectors, PCB, PCBA’s, mirrors, mechanical parts, & HMI interfaces.

Can carefully follow assembly drawings, schematics, and procedures.

Summarizes issues and findings and can provide recommendations or solutions to technical problems.

Qualifications / Requirements: 1.

AS degree preferred, or equivalent experience/education.

2.

3-5 years’ experience preferred in assembly of electromechanical assemblies.

3.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

4.

Experience in product testing and electronic system integration preferred.

5.

At least two years of experience with laser alignment equipment preferred.

6.

Available for overtime and weekend work.

7.

Good understanding of computer systems, including MS Office Suite.

8.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

9.

Ability to follow complex procedures, schematics, and drawings.

10.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

11.

Ability to work in a fast-paced/cross-functional deadline-driven environment.

12.

Safely operates hand tools, light machinery, and sharp tools.

13.

Knowledge of manufacturing information systems a plus.

Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity to operate small hand tools – turn micrometers, oscilloscope knobs, etc.

Be able to work standing for an extended period.
