Lead Systems Architect, – Remote

This is a Full-time position in Englewood, CO posted December 21, 2021.

This position will be helping clients achieve business transformation through process innovation.

What you’ll be doing:

the Lead System Architect provides architecture and design services to clients and ensures delivered solutions meet and perform to technical and functional specifications.

What skills you’ll bring

  • 10+ years of experience with Pega solutions
  • Hands on experience working as the Pega Lead System Architect for Pega Development project.
  • Pega LSA certification preferred
  • Experience leading skills for 10 to 15 members team
  • Sound Pega Architecture Knowledge
  • Experience in Design and class structure
  • Experience on Activities, Flows Screen Flow, Tab Flow, Adding decision, sub
  • flows & integration to Flow UIs rules, HarnessSections Portals Local Action, Flow Action Data, Transform Correspondence, Rule Inspector properties types validation rules
  • Working knowledge on Reports ReportDefinition List and Summary View and
  • Dashboard.
  • Support Requirement gathering meetings with Business/Client
  • Design the Architecture and data model for the Project
  • Coordinate the Onsite-Offshore status calls
  • Approve design for critical modules and prepare design documents
  • Develop logically sound functionalities to suit the requirements
  • Provide customers with the technical support during Testing or demos
  • Review Code and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Support team in all technical difficulties
  • Perform Compliance review to maintain code quality
  • Ability to travel up to 35%
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated starting salary for individuals expressing interest in this position is $150,000 to $175,000.

This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
