Lead Enterprise Architect for Technical Architecture and Enterprise Engineering (Secret)

Jacobs seeking a highly innovative Lead Enterprise Architect for Technical Architecture and Enterprise Engineering to support the ITIS3 contract in Fort Knox, Kentucky.

The Information Technology Infrastructure Support 3 (ITIS3) contract is headquartered at Fort Knox, KY with a Secondary Site at Major General Emmett J.

Bean Federal Center in Indianapolis, IN.

This role may require some travel.

The Information Technology Infrastructure Support 3 (ITIS3) contract enables the Army to man and sustain an operational and ready fighting force.

ITIS3 requires the operational sustainment of the data centers, data center hosting, networks, servers, storage, mainframe, private and public cloud hosting, applications, desktops, mobile computing, and other Information Technology (IT) capabilities and environments that directly enable the US Army Human Resources Command (HRC) recruiting, accessioning, and human resources missions.

ITIS3 utilizes a mix of enterprise-wide and workgroup-level Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Government-Off-the-Shelf (GOTS), and Modified-COTS (MCOTS) technologies in order to deliver services to HRC and its customers.

ITIS3 provisions support users on multiple network environments to include Recruiting Services Network (RSN), Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), and potentially Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) in the future.

This position is CONTINGENT upon contract award, the expected award date is in September 2021.

Job Description:

The Contractor assigned to this role shall execute service delivery under the Technical Architecture and Enterprise Engineering Services and Platform Migration Services service lines.

The Contractor shall also provide technical expertise and leadership as an escalation point for all personnel performing architecture and/or engineering tasks under the contract.

The Contractor shall:

• Provide expert-level advice to the Government with regards to architecture options, best practices, and methodologies to integrate solutions and/or solve problems
• Approve and/or provide corrections to services/deliverables provided by other Contractors; ensure alignment of Contractor’s plans, deliverables, and technology support services to the Government’s enterprise architecture
• Research and advise the Government on emerging technologies and their feasibility for improving service delivery or IT capabilities to supported customers.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Required Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an enterprise IT solutions architect and/or senior systems designer
• Possess the required IA and CE certifications for the assigned role
• Demonstrates a successful work history of architecting and implementing enterprise-level IT systems, services, and Cloud migration projects.
