Labeling Specialist

Job Title: Labeling Specialist Job Duration: 06 Months Job Location: Grand Island, NY 14072 Note: Tuesday-Saturday, 2nd Shift.

Work in both an individual and team based environment to create, execute and generate all order and production documentation while identifying potential improvement opportunities.

What will you do?

Individual will provide functional support for operations tasks including:
• Change Order Execution within Multiple Systems
• Batch Record Review, Revision, Approval and Generation
• ECO/ECR Progression and Execution
• QC Code Set Up and Revision
• Print Labels Per Spec
• Spex Index Review
• Generate production records
• Report out daily activities
• Other related duties as assigned How will you get here?

• Ability to organize and enter data quickly and accurately
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
• E1 / Agile / POMs / LIMs Systems / Production Batch Record experience desired.

• Standard Operating Procedures, client operations and best practice knowledge helpful.

Education: Requires a high school diploma Preferred Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a role requiring strong attention to detail.

Physical and Environmental Requirements: Works in both an office and manufacturing facility.

May on an occasional basis walk, bend and lift up to 40 lbs.

May be required to stand or sit for extended periods.

The noise level in the work environment may become moderate to high.

Will regularly sit at desk for a long period of time to write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means.

Position will require repetitive motion tasks on a daily basis.

Employee must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
