Junior Etch Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce’s client, a small to medium size company in the Chandler, AZ area is seeking a Junior Etch Process Engineer.

We are working directly with the Hiring Manager.

Responsibilities: Ownership of critical metal and dielectric etch operations with the goal of process improvements and cost reduction in operations The individual will interact with (and over time lead) cross function teams to accomplish yield enhancement in manufacturing processes and develop new processes for new technologies Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: BS or MS degree in Material Science, Physics, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, or other applicable area Prefer experience on AMAT IPS and DPS tools Must have Dry Etch Process experience at least academically Must have hands on experience in a 200mm or 300mm FAB Prefer metal etch process experience but not required Prefer magnetic material experience but not required Photolithography experience is a plus but not required Willingness to learn Photolithography Knowledge of experimental design and process development, SPC will be required Knowledge of device integration is a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
