Job DescriptionPosition Summary: Journeyman electrician needed to troubleshoot, repair and maintain/PM 11 large tonnage Injection molding machines (Husky Engel) all secondary equipment and associated robotics such as Fanuc, Viper and Wittman robots.

Also, the individual is expected to troubleshoot/repair production assembly equipment that is AB or GE PLC controlled.The candidate will learn and work with other trained associates until they are capable of being on there own, (usually 90 days.)Sign on bonus for this role
– up to $2000Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following:Install, build, troubleshoot and repair machinery including:o PLC Controls on assembly equipment (AB, Prophecy, Siemens) Must have a strog background)o Robotic (Fanuc robots)o Pneumatico Hydraulico Press Controlo General Manufacturing Mills and PressesOperate a variety of equipment including:o Metering Deviceso Hand Toolso Scissor Lifto Programable Logic Control (PLC)o Volt/Ohm Meter (VOM)o Diagnostic Computerso Conduit Benderso Threading Equipmento AMP Probeo MeggerWork in a safe manner, providing constant attention and communication regarding safety concerns to leaders in order to limit unsafe practices throughout the facility.Provide direction and coaching to less experienced team members, as well as mentor apprentices as requested.Additional functions not specifically outlined in this position description as directed by the supervisor.Requirements Position Skills and Experience Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty effectively.
