ITSM Digital Transformation Architect

Key Role: Provide digital transformation strategy, architecture, and implementation expertise to transform IT service delivery for DoD and Navy clients.

Apply advanced-level IT Service Management (ITSM) consulting expertise to drive enterprise-wide transformation and establish efficient and effective IT service delivery systems.

Work with cross-organizational and cross-functional teams to plan, build, implement, and iterate on advanced digital solutions, processes, and workflows to help our clients achieve their digital missions.

Evaluate new technologies to drive the adoption of advanced digital engineering practices and tools.

Apply expertise in digital technologies, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and service management to help clients design and deliver agile, reliable, and secure services to enterprise customers that meet agreed service levels.

Basic Qualifications: * 8+ years of experience with ITSM process design, organizational models, service delivery models, and workflow automation* 4+ years of experience with driving digital transformation and large-scale enterprise ITSM improvement initiatives* Knowledge of Cloud computing and Cloud service models, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, or XaaS* Knowledge of modern service delivery and leading low code or no code platforms, including ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Appian, or Salesforce* Ability to develop actionable strategies, plans, and roadmaps* Ability to brief senior executive leaders* Secret clearance* BA or BS degree* ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation Certificatation Additional Qualifications: * Experience with working in a DoD or Navy enterprise IT environment* Experience with digital engineering practices and tools, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Modeling and Simulation* Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and practices* Ability to lead teams and mentor junior team members* MA or MS degree* ITIL Intermediate or Expert Level Certification* PMP Certification Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
