We have an immediate need for an individual who wants to be intimately involved in creating and implementing the vision and strategies that will raise our IT infrastructure to the next level. In this position you will have ownership of all aspects of our IT infrastructure ranging from desktop, networking, managing servers, to the Azure cloud. You will also be part of a team that will be implementing and supporting a new ERP / CRM solution. To be successful it is critical you have and continuously develop excellent customer service, communication, technical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
Workstations: Manage and support 100+ workstations and associated software – O365, Teams, Phones, Call Recording. Approximately 15 hours per week.
Network / Servers / Security / Cloud: Perform system admin / engineering functions with the help of our managed service providers. You will be responsible to create, support, and carry out the IT Infrastructure vision and strategy.
Project Management: In conjunction with the IT manager, lead and develop all IT Infrastructure projects while collaborating with our developers and managed service partners.
Vendor Management: Manage and maintain a close collaborative relationship with all our IT vendors and partners.
Incident / Escalation Management: Lead and engage IT Team, vendors, and managed service providers to aggressively attack and resolve production issues
Education / Experience
Bachelors Degree or Technical certifications plus 3+ years of equivalent work experience preferred.
Requirements
Must be service minded, enjoy working with people, and be a strong communicator.
