About Our Team

Lenovos Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is looking for an experience IT Security Architect (infrastructure, networking, and application levels) to join our team in Morrisville, NC.

The IT Security Architect will support the future growth and expansion of ISG Global Infrastructure.

This individual will be responsible for designing, building, testing and implementing security policies for the ISG Development and Quality organization.

Ideal candidates will be able to design, build and implement enterprise-class security systems across a globally diverse network environment.

What Youll Do

In this role, you will be asked to perform activities such as:

• Identify security design gaps in existing /proposed architectures; recommend changes or enhancements
• Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy
• Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats
• Create solutions that balance business requirements with security requirements
• Conduct regular testing and ensuring continuous monitoring of network security
• Establishing disaster recovery procedures and conducting breach of security drills
• Promptly responding to all security incidents and providing thorough post-event analyses

Basic Qualifications

• BS level education in information security / networking related field or equivalent level of field / work experience with enterprise IT security administration.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IT security solutions
• Strong working knowledge of current IT risks and security implementations
• Knowledge of advanced network infrastructure concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Advantageous to have: Security Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISSAP, ISSEP), experience with JavaScript, Python, C/C++, PHP, PowerShell, Shell Scripting
