The Opportunity
Future focused and always one step ahead
As an Infrastructure Specialist with focus on Teams EV, you will actively support the Munich Re global MS O365 Teams EV cloud strategy, strengthen and support an international O365 team spread across the AMERICAs, APAC and EMEA.

You will be responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of the Teams EV service in the Americas region.
Your job:
Integration of MS Teams EV within the Office 365 Cloud suite into the Munich Re system landscape
Migration of new sites within the Americas region from PBX telephone systems to MS Teams EV in cooperation with the Voice team
Support of local SBC integration into the existing infrastructure (e.g.

support of network services)
Support of Teams and Teams EV inclusive Ticket handling and third level support
Steering and controlling of external Service Providers
Cooperation with the O365 service managers and the MS Teams EV architect
Providing SWAT Team support for analysing error situations and finding solutions
Administration of Teams and Teams EV within the MunichRe O365 Tenant
Cooperation on internationally staffed projects
Support of the new modern meeting room concepts (MTR)
Creating scripts (PowerShell) to support project and operational processes
Your profile
Qualifications Include:
University degree in a technical discipline or IT-related technical training with several years' professional experience
In-depth technical expertise and practical experience in O365, Teams EV and Teams
Comprehensive technical knowledge of O365 Tenant Administration at enterprise level
Detailed technical understanding of Networks, Active Directory, Client (GPO, Proxy Settings, Windows10/11)
Highly motivated person focusing on personal development, enablement with cultural awareness
Experience on international project teams and in agile project methods
