Infrastructure Operations Manager

Job Description
The Infrastructure Operations Manager in Business Workplace Infrastructure Services will provide infrastructure support and oversight of assigned projects, escalation interface to suppliers and DT (Digital Technology/Information Technology) leadership for the sites (inclusive of all Product Lines). This is a high impact role needing leadership skills for local and remote employees and applicable technical and operational experience. This role will be accountable for the overall successful implementation and integration of DT Infrastructure Services across all RI&S sites for assigned efforts/projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing the integration of all DT Infrastructure Services (Network/Voice/Audio Visual) and engagements with Site Services, site Executives and leadership teams across all sites for assigned efforts/projects. This role could be a 100% telecommuter.

Key Responsibilities:

• DT Operational Oversite/Project Management of all assigned efforts/projects to completion (within Network/Voice/Audio Visual Frameworks)
• New sites turn up and may include groundbreaking to completion
• Experience with contractors and facilities related to IT
• Review business requests for service enhancements and undertakes cost evaluation, standard reviews and prioritization
• Provide performance monitoring, oversight of local projects, escalation interface to suppliers and DT leadership for the site
• Monitor internal and external service providers to ensure they are performing to contractual requirements using Raytheon standards and processes; analyzing and acting upon SLA and metrics data to ensure customer service and customer satisfaction
• Support DT AOP (Annual Operating Plan) forecast for the services provided, including all sub frameworks, capital planning and expenditures
• Guides continuous improvement efforts for the service
• Communicate and drive adoption of DT Technology direction
• Collaborate with service architects to discuss impact of new technologies and architecture roadmap
• Possible light travel in CONUS
• Partnering with functional organizations (e.g., Supply Chain, Facilities, Security)

Required Skills:

• 10 years or more of IT Service Delivery / Infrastructure Operations
• Exposure / strong understanding of Operations Infrastructure Services
• AV, Infrastructure and other DT related technical experience
• Experience managing local and virtual teams of IT personnel and vendors / Managed Service Providers
• Budget experience and fiscal discipline in managing a department or functional budget
• Experience with hardware and software procurement and asset management
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, influence and communication skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset with ability to work with multiple disciplines, driven by quality and customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail, with drive, initiative, and motivation
• US Citizenship

Desired Skills:
