Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop moderately complex solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under limited supervision.

The Infrastructure Engineer (SWIFT) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
* Develop moderately complex solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
* Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
* Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
* Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
* 4+ years
Desired/Preferred Experiences
* Bachelor degree or equivalent
* Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing specifically migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud environment
* Experience in other messaging products such as IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS, SQS/SNS
* Experience in Python
* Exposure to working in agile framework
* Experience using SharePoint, Confluence
Skills
Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
Adept at managing project plans and resources to ensure successful project completion
Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
Experience supporting SWIFT products (Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform) and related components (HSM, Alliance Connect)
Hands-on experience in installation, configuration and performing disaster recovery exercises with above mentioned SWIFT infrastructure components
Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software
Experience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS), and staying current on patches, upgrades, and other elements of the OS
Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
Experience working with diverse teams including business & technical architects, peers and mentoring junior team members
Tools
Experience supporting SWIFT products
Skilled in Unix scripting
Familiar with Unix environment
Knowledge of ISO 20022, FIN and Payments
