Responsible for providing human resources support including but not limited to company policies, recruiting, onboarding, providing employment law expertise, and solving employee relations problems: (e.g., investigations, mediations, progressive discipline, employment.
terminations, etc.) Serves as the liaison between the employee and Corporate HR on benefits administration issues and concerns.
Conducts new hire onboarding and orientation, as well as educating existing staff of changes in employee benefits and other programs.
Provides counsel to employees and management concerning various HR policies.
Performs HR tasks related to posting job announcements; updating job descriptions and ensuring that corporate receives the latest version; setting up, maintaining, and securing personnel files; and maintaining HR inventory.
Screens resumes based on selection criteria and direct them through the interview process.
Reviews candidate applications for completeness, codes and separates applicant flow data.
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Processes personnel changes such as title change, salary change, supervisor changes, and terminations.
Generates monthly staffing reports and maintenance of FMLA logs.
Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
