We need your help to install solar equipment for residential and commercial solar customers in the state of NJ, NY, CT, MA, NH, and RI.?Our mission is to help our customers take control of their energy costs by switching to cheaper, cleaner renewable power with solar energy with no upfront cost and immediate savings and we need your help to do so!?We are currently hiring a Licensed Electrician in CT.

We are also looking for hardworking people who have many years of residential or commercial experience.

If you meet the qualifications, we urge you to apply!?Venture Solar offers competitive wages with Overtime Pay, bonuses for referrals, progress-based raises, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with a company match, opportunity for growth, and much more.As a Licensed Journeyman Electrician in the state of CT you will be responsible for:Executing plans of electrical wiring for well functioning PV solar systemsInstalling electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipmentConnect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of componentsPrepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through themPerform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged unitsWe are seeking a team player with:Valid Electrical license in the state of CTRequired experience as an electrician preferredExperience in residential electrical systems preferredDemonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g.

wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprintsThorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelinesExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilityExcellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtimeA valid driver’s license is requiredCan work well independently and as part of a teamPhysical Demands:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofsAbility to work in atticsThe above statements are intended to describe the essential functions, nature, and level of work to be performed as of the document preparation date; they are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities.
