Electrician/Maintenance Mechanic

The Merced Manufacturing Plant, located in Merced, CA has an opening for a Maintenance Electrician- Industrial.

Qualifications / Skills

Strong industrial/electrical background w/working knowledge of programmable logic controllers, 110-480V, AC/DC controls, instrumentation and calibrations necessary.

Primary responsibilities: Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial food manufacturing equipment. Ensure equipment is maintained at a level to maximize line efficiency by minimizing mechanical DT. Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance and effectiveness. Fix all mechanical and electrical issues and fabricate equipment. Replace broken and worn out parts. Must be able to work from schematics, electrical diagrams and read/understand blueprints. Experienced with pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing systems and boilers.
