The Data Center and Networks Organization designs, implements and operates a state-of-the-art Information Systems Infrastructure serving 110,000 employees, in over 600 locations across 65 plus countries.

We deliver highly leveraged, hyperconverged and cloud optimized platforms that connect, host, virtualize, store, collaborate, integrate, compute and transact business solutions using automation, analytics and infrastructure as code.
You will be a leader responsible for the strategy, delivery and operation of Integrated Supply Chain’s (ISC) next generation distributed processing, hosting, storage and networking platform standard operating at all Honeywell ISC’s sites worldwide.
You will lead a regional team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver contemporary and world class computing solution designs, roadmaps, standards and services that are always-up, always available and integrate end to end.
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter and change agent with experience at all layers of the infrastructure stack to lead the digitalization of our supply chain and smart factory infrastructures, drive transformation and achieve operational excellence on a global basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with ISC infrastructure and strategy regional leaders and teams to develop and deliver a comprehensive and secure ISC “smart-factory” infrastructure vision, strategy, and roll-out plan that seamlessly leverages edge, core and cloud platforms to satisfy the computational demand of all Honeywell ISC Businesses worldwide
- Lead regional team of infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, security, automation) Subject Matter Experts to develop, deliver, and operate a comprehensive operating model that delivers a secure infrastructure and optimizes performance that aligns and accelerates Honeywell’s digitization strategy
- Drive the transformation of legacy platforms that use non-standard, standalone or dedicated infrastructure stacks towards solutions which consolidate, integrate and converge the infrastructure into a contemporary and modern platform and solution
- Drive operational excellence leveraging automation, analytics and AIOps to shift from reactive to proactive and achieve 100% availability
- Formulate a cohesive and customer-centric ISC relationship management plan, driving for continuous and tightly aligned collective improvements for ISC factories within your regio
- Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, smart factory, and core IT organizations to implement digital business solutions that drive down cost of quality, reduce inventory, Increase machine utilization, machine throughput, and energy reduction.
- Deliver multiple projects; manage issues, roadblocks, dependencies, overlaps and scope.
- Identify risk mitigation strategies, take early action to resolve issues and address impacts.
- Manage budget and project financials and contracts associated with programs or initiatives for your team.
- Liaise with Digital Technology, Operational technology, and Advanced Manufacturing along with executive Supply Chain, Engineering leaders to drive business outcomes.

You Must Have:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 8+ years’ IT Infrastructure experience managing, securing, operating and supporting compute, storage, networking, virtualized, hybrid or cloud environments
- 6+ years’ experience managing a IT teams which are culturally diverse, globally distributed and technically focused

- Operational experience running infrastructure in a manufacturing and supply chain environment

- Experience managing highly available business critical or revenue impacting infrastructures
- Experience with multi-cloud and SaaS environments
- Experience managing or operating financial budgets
- Experience with infrastructure architecture, design or operations on a global level
- Proven track record of developing people, processes, and solutions
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow
- The ability to be a change agent and promote positive change in the organization demonstrating drive for continual improvement and efficiency
