Click here to view a brief video and learn more: https://www.youtube.com/watch?vkfHlc8GCzoU&featureyoutu.be Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager to join and expand our distinguished team to be the Deputy Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader for the Mission Engineering (ME) IPT of the Mission Management/Command and Control (M2C2) program.

The Deputy IPT Lead will eventually become the IPT Lead at a time in the future.

Working with the IPT Lead, the Deputy IPT Lead is responsible for the Mission Engineering IPT cost, schedule, and technical performance baseline, and technical systems engineering vision and consistency across all IPTs on M2C2.

This Senior Manager is responsible for making sure the overall system comes together technically.

To ensure this, the Deputy IPT lead is responsible for the System baseline, system requirements, system architecture and design, oversight of the development IPTs detailed design and oversight of the subsystem and system integration and test activities.

The deputy is expected drive the IPTs to strong execution across the M2C2 program and be the technical conscience for the program.

As part of this, the deputy is responsible for the definition, documentation and administration of the program level systems engineering, agile and DevOps processes.

Required Skills: 12 years demonstrated experience leading engineering teams with proven track record Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance for the Mission Engineering IPT Responsible for technical systems engineering vision and consistency across the M2C2 program Experience with Agile and DevOps Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of program, customers and technical leads (IPTs, chief engineers, architects) Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills Experience with onboarding new work, proposals and BOE development Experience in systems engineering functions including: TPMs, operations concept development, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control Knowledge of Operations Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools and JIRA Existing TS SCI clearance Desired Skills: Experience with satellite data processing and operations domain preferred Experience leading major milestone reviews Experience leading across geographical sites, subcontractors and associate contractor companies Advanced STEM degree preferred Education Requirements: B.S./ M.S.

in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, science or related STEM degree space2020 This position requires a U.S.
