We’ll need you to have a strong understanding of the Pega 8 platform and demonstrated experience in hands-on solution architecture and end-to-end application design.Work you’ll do:Architect, design, and develop advanced Pega enterprise solutionsAdvise C-suite on Pega best practices for solution positioning and deliveryIntegrate multiple technologies using Pega SystemsMentor junior team members in Pega technology best practicesRequired Qualifications10+ years of Technology consulting or industry experience with the Pega Systems platform and/or other relevant low code/no code configuration, development and implementation5+ years of experience participating in large-scale, full-life cycle Integration implementations (including cloud integration solutions5+ years of experience participating in Agile software delivery, preferably SAFeRequired certifications: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA)Experience with different integration patterns, architecture concepts, integration tools and methodologiesExperience presenting technical solutions and concepts to senior-level clientsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureMust hold a Bachelors Degree or aboveDesired QualificationsDesired Certifications: SAFe or CSM certifiedAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to lead and mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practicesActive Public Trust clearanceThe teamDeloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) practice our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.
