Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for an Datorama Associate Solution Architect to build and develop the Datorama infrastructure for a leading financial services client.

You’ll be part of our industry-leading Media Analytics department and joining a large and exciting account team supporting and consulting the client on being more data and insight led as a business.

As well as being strong technically, highly data driven and logical you will be part of a highly collaborative and dynamic team; project management and communication skills are a key part of this role.

We work with big data solutions and visualisation platforms with Datorama being the key BI technology for this role and hence experience with the platform is very desirable.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Developing and maintaining the client’s Datorama workspace.
  • Use understanding of APIs and relational databases to build and maintain data models
  • Lead requirements gathering with clients and translate into sustainable solution plans
  • Clearly and confidently communicate technical aspects with stakeholders of varying technical understanding
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high quality solutions
  • Commitment to constant learning and development
  • Develop data strategies to enable cross-platform analysis and measurement.
  • Build a roadmap of analytics and visualisation projects for your clients and work to deliver against that.
  • Lead account management and maintain daily written / face-to-face contact with clients.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for :

  • Extensive experience developing using SQL, relational databases and data warehousing technologies.
  • Qualified Datorama Solution Architect (Advanced Admin level) or similar level of experience
  • Experience working in an agile team, with excellent communication skills and agile ways of working.
  • A logical, curious, and analytical mind set
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a wider team internally
  • The ability to engage clients, instigate and monitor change management within the organisation as needed
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A desire for continuous knowledge improvement
  • BI platform experience
  • Experience in Python
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge/experience of Google Marketing Platform and other major media platforms

The Analytics team partner closely with Google and Adobe and are regular beta testers gaining first access to new features.
