POSITION Data Warehouse Architect LOCATION Pittsburgh, PA (Locals or Nearby are preferred) DURATION 6+ Months Contract Interview Process Phone Skype Qualifications – Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or, an equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience. – Five or more years of experience with data warehousing and business intelligence andor large and complex database management systems. – Strong relational and dimensional data modeling and database design skills. – Hands-on experience using ETL tools. – Must have 5 years experience minimum as a Data Warehouse Architect. – Working knowledge of AWS services and best practices. – Experience developing data warehouse strategies using AWS cloud based ETL, storage and analytic services. – Possesses interviewing, observing, questioning, and analyzing skills. – Working knowledge of data warehouse approaches, architecture and development. – Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills. – Highly effective analytical, decision-making, and writtenverbal communication skills. – Ability to investigate complex business problems, develop effective recommendations, negotiate andor present solutions, and resolve problems in a highly professional and tactful manner. – Highly organized and able to set priorities effectively. Preferred candidate experience – Experience in Healthcare sector. – Strong knowledge of policies and best practices governing the handling of PHI
