About this company:Our client is a rapidly growing, venture-backed company with locations across the USAThey are profitable, doubling our size every year and supported by a multi-billion dollar investorTheir mission is to help when people need it the mostThis person will be a true business partner to the CFO and other c-suite executivesFull time positionCompetitive compensationHealthcare, Dental, vision, all heavily subsidized and all available immediately on start date10 weeks paid maternity / paternity leave after 1 yearImmediate 401K matchLife insurance and long-term disability covered; short term disability availablePosition is remote to start (through Fall 2021)Startup office culture – casual attire & a dog friendly environment!ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Analytics First data marts and schemasDesign and implement scalable ETL / ELT processes to collect data from a wide array of data sourcesProvide strategic EDW leadership for our rapidly-growing organizationEnsure appropriate security measures and practicesPerform ad hoc analysis to answer questions raised by the local operations teamsWork cross functionally across Finance / Accounting, Operations, and Technology teams to develop analyses, create clear summaries of your insights, and present that analysis to the teamRequirementsQuantitative mindset and analytic capabilitiesExcellent written communication skills and strong spoken communication skillsBachelor’s or higher degree from top institutionMinimum 5 years in an EDW / ETL roleStrong SQL skills including stored proceduresStrong ETL / ELT. Matillion preferred but Talend, Informatica, DataStage etc. fully relevantSnowflake experience preferred but will trainExperience using APIs in ETL processesThough the focus is EDW / ETL, Tableau experience is always desirableCloud experience strongly preferred
