Custom Home Design is a locally owned business that provides blueprints for custom homes, additions, remodeling, interior design, and landscaping.

We are in need of a licensed architect to help with the rapid growth of the business.

Responsibilities: Support the development of the design team Manage the hours of 3 architecture school graduates currently working on our team towards their Architecture License Meet with clients Seal approved projectsSkills Required: Revit/AutoCAD Revit preferred, but we make use of both programs Ability to understand and communicate technical design information Provide clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, building site, and recent design trends Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlinesQualifications: Experience in residential and/or commercial projects in Florida Licensed in Florida LEED certified, or willing to become soBenefits: 9 paid holidays off per year Weekly pay 401 k 401k Matching Dental insurance Vision insurance Medical insurance PTO Paid vacation in addition to PTO
