Job Number: R0070211 Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, SeniorKey Role:Serve as a hands-on Cloud architect and leverage expertise in architecting, designing, and building enterprise systems and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions to provide direct technical engineering, deployment, and sustainment support across the Cloud architecture and solution life cycles.
Develop and leverage IT infrastructure and Cloud architecture and apply expertise in security to partner with clients to design, implement, and operate critical enterprise systems hosted in Cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure and migrate, engineer, install, configure, administer, and maintain highly scalable elastic solutions that implement industry best practices with a focus on Cloud migration and AWS solutions.
Leverage expertise in deep technical work, IT automation and orchestration, and Cloud computing and Cybersecurity to advise and educate both technical and non-technical members of the client’s organization and the firm to achieve objectives.
Apply expertise in evaluating technology standards, tools, products, and solutions and conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends independently for impact and applicability to client challenges.
Drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, capacity planning and management, application build, product configuration, unit testing, and production deployment to ensure the environment is secured, optimized, and adequately monitored.
Define guidelines and recommendations based on leading industry practices tailored to the client’s needs and infrastructure and create technical roadmaps, project plans, requirements, designs, and implementation plans.
