Responsibilities:
Architecture & Standards is responsible for ensuring that the environment maintains an overall cohesive integration with itself, partner systems and solutions.
Customer interaction and requirements gathering
Ensure that standards are coordinated to provide business value.
Maintain standards that have overarching implications for the customer.
Maintain understanding of advancing cloud capabilities, IT & business needs, identifying and proposing cost and functional efficiency options for collaborative customer decisions and action.
Create and maintain a roadmap of enhancements according to decisions and direct and track achievement in collaboration with the Cloud Leader.
Tracking and potentially adjusting use of AWS Cloud resource limits and quotas.
Architecture oversight and design including the following, but not limited to:
Fundamental AWS services (EC2, IAM, S3, security groups, VPC, etc.)
Identity federation and integration between AWS and Active Directory
AWS Organizations organizational units, AWS accounts and proper account placement within the organizational unit structure
Continuous Integration / Continuous Integration (CI/CD) pipeline
Connectivity and routing between AWS Virtual Private Clouds (VPC) and other approved networks.
Domain Name System (DNS) and integration with on-premises systems.
IP address space assignment.
Network capacity planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or eight years of equivalent work experience.
Must possess an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification.
At least three (3) years of experience in an AWS solution delivery role.
Cloud Enterprise Architecture: P3
– Advanced
AWS Administration: P3 – Advanced
Cloud Operating Model: P3
– Advanced
Additional Requirements:
In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be a US Citizen.
Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems.
You must have lived in the US for the past three (3) years.
As a Federal Contractor, all Spatial Front Employees are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and provide proof of vaccination prior to the first date of employment.
