(CEC) is growing and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to establish and build a Civil Engineering Practice in our newly established Martinsburg, WV location.

You’ll lead the efforts in identifying opportunities for growing the practice, lead business development and marketing efforts, and implement strategies to provide client service and sustainable growth of the practice.

You’ll work with other practices within CEC to provide an integrated approach to addressing client needs.+ Demonstrated experience preparing engineering plans for entitlement and construction, able to work with various regulatory agencies to gain project approvals+ Ability to network and develop strong client relationships.+ Demonstrated skills relating to technical oversight and project management services including quality reviews of design aspects including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities.+ Ability and experience to recruit mentor and lead the development of a diver professional staff providing integrated client services.Requirements+ + 15+ years’ experience;+ Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering;+ Professional Engineering License;+ Local connections and or network with developers, architects, businesses, clients, etc.Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc.
