An architect is a chief designer, someone that thinks in systems and takes into account org design, skill sets, timelines, and technology.We have a polyglot landscape and rely heavily on Open Source Software, building with Go, TypeScript, Python, Java, .NET Core, Kotlin, React and Angular; we use Kafka, Restful APIs, Kubernetes, we store our data in fit for purpose databases (graph, relational, document), and run all of it on the public cloud across multiple regions.

Our teams are cross-functional and we use Domain-Driven Design to help us manage complexity.
