Must be willing to learn all electrical duties as an Electrician.
Assist the mechanical group with rigging and change out of equipment as needed and installs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned such as assisting our mechanical group with rigging and change out equipment as needed and install.Serve as an assistant to electricians.Tools and material handling for projects.Learn use of basic hand and power tools.Assists other team members with job duties as necessary.Travel to customer locations.Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings as necessary.Travel and Overnight stay out of town is required TEAMWORK:Demonstrate and promote a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the CompanyContinually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectivelyImprove personal performance on a continual basis CUSTOMER SERVICE:Provide responsive, professional and diplomatic customer serviceCommunicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and patient mannerPerform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships SAFETY:Follow all company safety programs and report any non-compliance to your Team LeaderNotify Team Leader or Safety Manager of any unsafe conditionsProper PPE equipment must be used at all times when necessaryReport all accidents and injuries to your Team Leader and HR immediatelyAll monthly training topics on safety completed and done during the month due.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
