BAE Systems USA: Epawss Program Manager

Job DescriptionThe Program Manager will be responsible for initiating and planning, and executing, monitoring and controlling the EPAWSS sustainment program.

Responsibilities include closing on critical activities as part of the EPAWSS Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Program, developing the overall strategy for sustainment with Program leadership, and executing sustainment scope in the Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) phase of the program.

This includes leading a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) with direct customer and sub-tier supplier relationships.Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, accountability, and excellent closure orientation.
