Responsibilities We are currently seeking a AWS Cloud Architect with emphasis in Java web application development experience, who enjoys data and building web applications using Java and Spring Framework from ground up using micro-services architecture.

The ideal candidate has a passion for data ingestion/migration/conversion, automation technology and helping people leverage the technology to transform their business processes.

You will draw on all the skills in your toolkit to analyze, design, and develop solutions that help our clients run more effective operations and make better business decisions.

Strategy and Implementation Build cloud native data platforms and capabilities that enable data ingestion, extraction, model developments and machine learning.

Collaborate with teams and leadership and with business partners to advance our technical capabilities and provide data solutions that drive business results Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) to illustrate how cutting-edge technologies can be incorporated and enhance Client’s business processes Build, test, and support currently deployed web applications in the AWS eco system.

Provide guidance and follow the DevOps standard methodologies and standards Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on web application development and operations Technical Operation Heavy experience in design, implementation and support in AWS eco system Heavy understanding of Automation and cloud native scripting languages (CloudFormation / Cloud Deployment Manager) Strong track record of implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments Demonstrate experience with software development languages, tools and methodologies Demonstrate experience presenting technical material to both technical and non-technical clients Lead highly-available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments Demonstrate ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges Skills and Qualifications Strong consultation and communication skills Ability multitask and prioritize to manage time efficiently Ability to work with and collaborate across the team and where silos exist Deep curiosity to learn about new trends and how to do things better 3 or more years of Cloud systems administration experience (preferably in an enterprise or service provider environment) 3-5 years of experience in a troubleshooting role At least 5 years of application development experience in Java.

A solid grasp of networking fundamentals, preferably including hands-on experience with load balancers, VPC, Internet Gateway, and etc.

Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment.

Demonstrated proficiency with languages such as Java, Python, SQL.

Deep understanding of scalable computing systems Deep understanding of AWS networking, security, identity and access management, DNS, etc.
