QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Must be able to articulate general understanding of manufacturing procedures and operations, including ability to use tools as it relates to the position.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, contractors and supervisors.
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to operate independently and in a fast paced manner.
- Will need to stand for prolonged periods of times to perform tasks.
- Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment. Manual dexterity and strenuous labor MAY required!
PRIOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN OPPORTUNITIES!!
Job Requirements:
- Cutting tools and miscellaneous supplies
- Rebuilding high performance engines including quality control checks and final fitting of new parts, component sub-assembly as well as teardown, inspection and measuring components
- Assemble electrical panels for high speed assembly machinery Wire machinery Build control panels
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow safe working practices
- Work well with others in a team environment
- Preparing machine for production, regulating machine, producing parts, maintaining specifications, resolving production problems, ensuring correct operation of equipment
- Report defective materials, improper operation and unusual conditions to proper supervision
- Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly
- Supervise installation crews including contractors
- Make judgmental calls on complicated tool repairs
- Install conduit boxes, outlets and other accessories
- Expected in and all other positions at NCP
- Assembly and/or inspect components and devices
- Len for predetermined amount of time according to lens material
- Built and an assembled based on specifications
- Fabricate and assemble piping systems, motors, electrical systems
- Come in every day and connect with the team to get the job assignments for the day
- Fabricate and assemble all tooling pertaining to custom machine automation including tooling prints, production prints
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Custom Lead
- Participating in industry trade shows and maintaining an active Associate Membership
