The position shall include a number of key responsibilities across three primary functions: project management; architectural design; and collaboration with engineers, specialty contractors, team subcontractors, equipment vendors, and clients.

This position shall manage new construction and renovation projects from schematic design, design development, construction documents, through bidding and construction contract administration..

Conceptualize and finalize project budgets, schedules, and performance objectives with the project team and senior firm staff..
