Overview: Corgan is actively recruiting an experienced, registered architect to join our growing Aviation practice in our New York office location.

The firm is currently working on innovative and challenging projects throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual seeking progressively more responsible assignments on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities include: Assisting on full life cycle projects Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a projectTranslating concepts and information into imagesParticipating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutionsAssisting with contract administration responsibilitiesCoordinating with a variety of consultants Qualifications: Qualified candidates should exhibit strong master planning and organizational skills and be able to collaborate in a diverse project team.

Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired.

Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients.

A professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture is required, along with 4 years of experience and AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.

Experience with other 3D software preferred.

Current architectural registration or anticipation of registration and experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required.
