Looking for a Solution Architect to be the technical lead for the procurement and implementation of a case management platform-based solution to support our emergency rental / housing financial assistance programs. As part of this project, will standardize case management processes, reduce manual effort, and increase visibility into the case management process and application status so that we can efficiently and consistently deliver high-quality services and a positive user experience to our constituents and business end-users. This project will replace existing, distributed delivery systems that are not currently integrated and that rely on highly manual workflows. This project will also serve as the foundation for a broader transformation of service delivery and supporting technology systems. The initial scope of this project focuses on core case management functions. Potential future scope may include intaking applications and processing and issuing payments. Responsibilities • Participate in a cross-functional team environment to deliver technical solutions, designs and strategy • Work closely with the solutions team and vendors to understand requirements and proposed solutions/products.
