VP, Associate Creative Director (Art)

Kada is working with our long-time client, an independent pharma agency, recruiting for a Group Art Supervisor. We’re recruiting for someone who is passionate about healthcare, science, pharma and wellness.  You have a knack for design and love concepting.  You are strong on communication and love to mentor others. The team develops thoughtful work across a range of disciplines: branding, social media, typography, illustration, motion, and layout. This role involves both internal collaboration with teams and external collaboration with clients. 

As a Group Art Supervisor you will manage projects from start to finish as well as lead a team of direct reports. The position is located in Morristown with some flexibility to work from home.

Requirements

Experience designing conceptual creative for pharmaceutical brands
Understanding and experience with multiple brand tactics across both print and digital
Strong managerial skills
Comfort presenting to and working directly with clients
