- NOT VISUAL DESIGNER roles
- Must be open to working with a collaborative team- this isn’t a sit in the corner individual contributor role
- Need to have to do journey maps, research projects, be an information architect
- Need to have portfolio links attached to the resume
- Need to be heavy on the UX side of the house for this role
- This team covers web/mobile/contact center
- Focused on designing/delivery
- Need to have technical chops, don’t need to be a dev, but if they are that’d be nice to have experience.
- UX/UI Designer is to be the hands-on design resource focused on creating current state interaction maps, interaction design, and visual presentation of the applications
