Job Title: Senior User Interface Designer
Location: Newton, MA/WFH
Expected Duration: 4 months contract to Hire
What You’ll Contribute
The Senior UI Designer must have strong typography, layout, and communication skills. This motivated individual wants to contribute to a growing UI practice and an evolving user-centric digital environment. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, curious-minded, and results/data driven. This role will be instrumental in supporting the team with interaction models, validating recommendations, and helping develop prototypes that can be tested with customers. This position requires a strong knowledge of product design, web technologies, responsive design, human-computer interaction, and mastership in interacting with executives, stakeholders, and cross-disciplinary teams. This person will take the brand and aesthetics of the user experience to the next level within an Agile environment. They will relentlessly seek and advocate for ease of use for our customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative, and demanding team. They enjoy collaborating amongst product managers, developers, UX designers, and takes pride in any challenges small or large. Whether optimizing a single component on a page or creating an entire customer experience from scratch – the same effort and attention to detail are given.
What You’ll Do Description •
Designs and implements intuitive customer experiences, interactions, and interfaces • Works closely with UX designers in an agile team to develop next generation solutions • Stays current on new technology and practices • Solves complex problems with simple, industry-leading UI design solutions • Analyzes customer data and insights to inform UI recommendations • Designs and implements testing strategies for UI improvements • Applies knowledge of Human Factors, User-Centered Design, interaction design, user research methodologies, industry standards and trends in the digital space • Documents and maitains design standards (processes, definitions, pattern libraries) Advocates for change that enhances customer experience and improve process • Participates in early discovery work that helps to determine future strategy

What You Have Minimum:
Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required. * BA in design related field. i.e. graphic design / information / multimedia * 5+ years of experience in product design, web and mobile applications * Adobe creative suite experience * Comfortable with the latest web technologies (HTML5, Java, CSS3, Media Queries, jQuery, etc.) * Experience designing sites and applications for use on multiple platforms and browser types * Understanding of industry best practices for SEO and front-end development * Understanding of accessibility
Qualification :Need to bring on a SR. UI Design LEAD
